Persona 5 Dancing Star Night: Can You Play as Goro Akechi?

Can You Play as Goro Akechi in Persona 5: Dancing Star Night

Recommended Videos

Persona 5: Dancing Star Night has recently released in Japan, and features the eight party members from the Persona 5 game, all strutting their stuff for our pleasure. Although all of the main characters are great, there are still some fan favorite characters that are missing, and one that is extremely noteworthy: Goro Akechi. This confidant shows up throughout the entirety of the original game, and plays a major role in the story. Surely Atlus must have included him in Dancing Star Night?

Well it turns out that Atlus definitely has included Goro Akechi in Persona 5: Dancing Star Night, just not on the original disc or game download. Akechi will be making his way to the game as a DLC character. In fact, Atlus has already put out a trailer showing off the detective prince’s dancing prowess that you can check out here. Not only will you be able to play as him in Persona 5: Dancing Star Night, but also in its companion game Persona 3: Dancing Moon Night. Akechi will also feature in the downloadable song “Will Power” when that’s released. Unfortunately, a release date for the Goro Akechi DLC isn’t known as of yet, but we’ll be sure to update this post as soon as we know.
