The Oobcoop is an item you can place on your farm that allows you to have your Ooblets help out on your farm. It’s also used to get Oobsidian by placing a Gleamy Ooblet inside it. As such, you’re likely wondering just how to get an Oobcoop in Ooblets.
Oobcoop in Ooblets
An Oobcoop can be made by going to Manatwee just by the WishyWell in the center of town. It’s got the green chair sign above the door and has a bunch of furniture outside.
Head over to the left-hand side of the shop and interact with the circular saw bench by pressing A on Xbox One or your space bar on PC.
You’ll now have the option to make an Oobcoop here. Simply select it and as long as you’ve got the required materials, press A/ space and you’ll soon have one added to your inventory.
An Oobcoop requires the following materials to make at the Fabricutter:
- Clothlet x3
- Nurny x15
- Planklet x10
- Oobsidian x1
Oobcoop Upgrades
It’s possible to upgrade your Oobcoop once you’ve placed it on your farm. To do this, press A / space bar when you’re stood next to it and its highlighted. Your character will then pop their head in the front and open the Oobcoop menu.
From here, you can change the Ooblet/s inside it by pressing A when selecting one in the top left-hand corner of the screen. To upgrade the Oobcoop, press Y.
Upgrading once again requires more materials. These will change and increase as you upgrade the Oobcoop to higher levels.
For the level 2 Oobcoop upgrade, you’ll need the following materials:
- Clothlet x4
- Nurny x20
- Planklet x12
- Oobsidian x1
By upgrading your Oobcoop, you’ll increase the amount of Ooblets that can be assigned to it. In addition to this, your Ooblets will take on more duties around your farm, the higher the Oobcoop level. For example, the level 2 upgrade will allow your Ooblets to water any planted crops.
The final advantage of upgrading your Oobcoop is the increased Growth Bonus that your Oobcoop grants. At level 1, it only grants a 5% bonus to nearby crops, whereas at level 2 it’s bumped up to 10% and so on.
That’s everything you need to know about getting and upgrading Oobcoops in Ooblets. For more tips, tricks, and guides, check out more of our coverage on the game below.
