How to Get All Locker Codes in NBA 2K18

Similar to previous games in the series, NBA 2K18 provides rewards that can be obtained by playing normally, purchasing microtransactions, and entering a free code. Locker Codes is part of the latter, which may come in the form of a one-time use code or of limited quantity.

Locker Codes can only be obtained outside the game. In a way, 2K Sports encourages players to follow their Twitter accounts to obtain Locker Codes. The codes are usually given away on the official NBA 2K18 Twitter, 2K Sports digital marketing manager Ronnie Singh’s Twitter, and the official NBA 2K18 MyTeam Twitter. Make sure to check for new Locker Codes weekly because they expire after a certain time.

At present, you can get Locker Codes from the two cross-promotions of NBA 2K18. The cross-promotion with Mountain Dew, which lasts until October 31, rewards you with a Locker Code that contains 5,000 Virtual Currency (VC). To get this reward, purchase two Kickstart cans of Mountain Dew at Walmart and email [email protected] a photo of the receipt with your email address written on it. Meanwhile, 2K18-marked Reese’s Puffs products in the US come with a Locker Code that grants you 2,500 VC and a MyTeam card.

Lastly, unlike other platforms, the NBA 2K18’s pre-order bonuses on the Switch are redeemed via the Locker Codes menu.

Locker Codes are helpful for those interested in the MyTeam mode. Last year, majority of the Locker Codes for NBA 2K17 were MyTeam free agent cards. While free agent cards can only be used a limited number of times in MyTeam, these ballers usually carry a high overall rating.
