If you’re interested in working your way through the ranks in Mario Tennis Aces, you’ll need to know, of course, how to perform various shots. The Slice Shot, in particular, is one that you’ll fall back on plenty of times throughout your tennis career. To perform a Slice Shot, simply press the “B” button your Joy-Con controllers or Pro Controller while playing in any tennis match in the game.  Much like the other moves you can perform, all it takes is a simple button press and you’ll be zipping that ball past your opponents in no time. But be sure to vary up your moves so you don’t fall into a samey pattern that your enemies can pick up on. Then you’ll have to figure out some new secrets, and that’ll cost you precious time on your way to becoming a tennis superstar.

This should get you well on your way, however. That’s about all you need to know about performing a Slice Shot in Mario Tennis Aces! There’s nothing to it but to do it. If you’re looking for more tips and tricks on Mario Tennis Aces, be sure to check out our wiki.
