How to Do Coin Rush Mode in Mario Kart Tour

There’s nothing too special about how you can gain access to Coin Rush mode. As you could likely expect from a mobile game, this mode is locked behind a paywall.

Typically, you’ll have to use rubies to play coin rush in Mario Kart Tour. You will receive a bonus amount of coins at the end based upon how many rubies you paid to play Coin Rush.

Each time you play the mode you’ll have a chance of collecting around 300 coins. This means if you spend a maximum of 25 rubies, then you could get 3000 coins. The table below breaks down the possible coin bonuses.

5 Rubies Spentx2
15 Rubies Spentx6
25 Rubies Spentx10

There’s also another option for playing Coin Rush in Mario Kart Tour if you don’t feel like spending rubies. You’ll occasionally receive a pass that will let you play this mode with no bonuses.

These passes are not extremely common but don’t worry about saving them up for any reason. They’re not going to become any more valuable later on so you might as well grab those coins.

The only thing that could make them more valuable is if they ever have a coin multiplier event in Mario Kart Tour that also applies to these passes. However, that doesn’t seem to be in the cards any time soon.

Coin Rush mode can be useful if you’re trying to close in on a certain number of coins to buy something from the shop. You can always launch the pipe cannon with your rubies too, but it all depends upon what you want to get.

That’s all there is to know about how to do Coin Rush Mode in Mario Kart Tour. If you have all the coins you need but need to brush up on some racing check out our other Mario Kart Tour guides below.
