MapleStory 2 is a charming game filled with adventure and wonder at every corner. Playing as your own character, you can choose to follow an assortment of different quests and take on a wide range of dangerous enemies. Since the game is an MMO, you can always experience the fun with friends anytime you want. That said, one question some players might have is how to add friends in MapleStory 2.

The process is actually fairly simple once you know how to do it. On the main screen in your game, you should notice a row of icons located at the bottom right side of the screen. There are little blocks that you can interact with, each offering different options and menus in MapleStory 2. When you are adding your pals, look for the little blue box beside the house and the icon that looks like a brown box. The little blue icon pretty much acts like your social tab, so hover your mouse over it and you will be greeted with a series of options. Click the Friends tab to pull up a new menu on your screen that should have four different tabs: Online, Friends, Requests, and Blocked.

You’ll want to click the Friends tab, which should bring up all of your pals in MapleStory 2. From there, check the upper right side of your screen and click “Add Friend.” Simply type in the person’s username and even send them a little note if you want to. On the other hand, if you have gotten a request from your friend, simply tap the Request tab to pull up any pending invitations in MapleStory 2.
