How to Crouch & Move Quietly in Little Nightmares

There’s going to come a time when you’ll need to sneak by an enemy in Little Nightmares. Be it the first or the last chapter, there are plenty of moments where it’s necessary. As such, you’ll want to know how to move quietly in Little Nightmares so you don’t attract any unwanted attention.

To do this, you’ll want to crouch by pressing LT/ L2 on your controller. This will make Six walk slower, but you’ll make far less noise when moving around the floor. While you can often go past enemies undetected by simply walking very slowly, crouching reduces the chances of this even further. Just keep your distance from the foe and you’ll be able to slip by just fine.

The one thing you don’t want to do if you want to move quietly in Little Nightmares is sprint. By doing so, Six makes far more noise and will immediately be detected by enemies in the area. Sure, you may need to sprint to get away, but if an enemy hasn’t yet spotted you, it’s always safer to go the quieter, stealthier route.

That’s all you really need to know to crouch and move quietly in Little Nightmares. For more information on the game, be sure to check back with Twinfinite.
