The walking might be dead but the zombie survival genre is still alive and kickin’, and Last Day on Earth is the latest game that has our attention. Each new season of the game brings tougher enemies and harder challenges, and this latest one, in particular, has added a pretty ruthless zombie to the mix. Here’s how to beat Rotfeast if you’re struggling.

Where RotFeast is Located

Rotfeast can be found in the Police Department building. To find him, enter the building and look for the blue door on the left-hand side after you’ve walked through the reception area.

You’ll want to clear the area of zombies before taking him on, as there are a few here that’ll only slow you down and make the process more difficult.

How to Beat Rotfeast in Last Day on Earth

Rotfeast is a big step up from typical zombies in the game. With 600 hit points and the ability to replenish his health up to 50 each time he hits the player, you’re going to have to deal with him quickly and with firepower.

The trick is to lure him out of the room and into the reception area, then use the benches as cover, running around them and occasionally stopping to take aim and shoot.

Of course, ammunition is precious in Last Day on Earth, but don’t skimp when trying to take out Rotfeast. Use your AK47 and shotgun, switching between the two and keeping him at bay.

You’ll take him down eventually, just don’t get greedy!
