How to Have Sex in Kingdom Come Deliverance

Kingdom Come Deliverance casts you into the role of Henry, the son of a blacksmith, who’s looking to get revenge on his family’s killers. As you travel around the 15th Century Kingdom of Bohemia there’s quite a few colorful charactesr that you meet, and you can even use your charms to woo a few of them. There are multiple romance options in Kingdom Come Deliverance, that we’ve found so far at least.

There’s two straight up romance options that we’ve found, Theresa and Stephanie, both of which eventually lead to a sex scene. Well, one is actually sex because it grants the “Alpha Male” buff. The other is more like an intense makeout, it seems. Theresa is an NPC that you’ll meet in Rattay who will at first reject your advance to go on a walk. You’ll need to unlock an additional quest called “Courtship” to romance her, which means you’ll need to progress through the main story up until the quest “Keeping the Peace,” and you meet a guard named Nightingale. Meanwhile, Stephanie is the wife of the ruler of Talmberg, and for this one you’ll need to have completed the main story until at least the quest “Awakening,” in Rattay. Talk to Stephanie in Talmberg once again and get the quest “At Your Service, My Lady,” then see it through. Once again, you can see the full walkthrough for her romance option here.

And, finally, you can always head to any bathhouse and pick the special “wench services” on top of simply cleaning your clothes and healing your wounds.

There is a another option for a romantic encounter, of sorts, involving the quests “Playing with the Devil and Bad Trip.” Don’t go in expecting some charming romance though, as this is a weird quest that involves rituals, drug trips, and animals.
