How to Unlock All Skins and Costumes in Injustice 2

Injustice 2 utilizes a new gear system that lets you fully customize all of the playable characters in the game. You can swap out different armor pieces, and weapons in some cases, as well as shaders in order to create the perfect versions of your favorite characters. This not only changes their look, but can alter their power and abilities as well. On top of this new system, there are also skins that completely change the appearance of certain characters. In a way, these skins are new characters, with many being callbacks to some fan-favorites. Here’s a list of all of them and how to unlock them for yourself.

All skins, with the exception of one, actually unlock the same way in Injustice 2. You must spend 6,000 Source Crystals in order to purchase them. The one exception is Grid, who is the alternate Cyborg created by Brainiac. He must be unlocked by linking your copy of the game with your Injustice 2 mobile account.

Three of the skins – Power Girl, John Stewart, and Reverse Flash – are also obtainable as pre-order incentives for the Ultimate Edition, allowing you to save those Source Crystals for other Injustice 2 skins. You can also get Power Girl by simply ordering the Digital Deluxe edition as well. Below you’ll find a picture of how each looks:

Do note that their movesets will reflect the character that each of these is a skin for. For example, Mr. Freeze will use Captain Cold’s abilities… he’ll just look a bit cooler while doing so.
