How to Fast Travel for Free – Horizon Zero Dawn

Recommended Videos

Horizon Zero Dawn has a different take on fast traveling compared to most other games. Rather than letting you simply jump from location to location for free once you’ve discovered them, you’ll have to craft Fast Travel Packs. While these aren’t the hardest things to craft, they are an inconvenience on your adventure in Horizon Zero Dawn. Fortunately, there is a way that Aloy can fast travel for free as much as she wants.

To fast travel for free in Horizon Zero Dawn, you’ll need something called the Golden Fast Travel Pack. While we’re not sure if it appears at other Merchants, we found it at the bottom of the goods the Merchant was offering who’s stood outside of Meridian by the cart. For 50 Metal Shards, one Fox Skin, and 10 Fatty Meat, you can pick up this handy pack.

Once you’ve got it, simply open your map and select where you want to travel to. Use of this item is unlimited, too, meaning you can use it for free as much as you want without ever having to worry about buying another one.
