How to add Epic Friends in Fortnite for Xbox One, PS4, Switch and PC
Epic Games’ Fornite not only makes it possible to play cross-platform with gamers on any current-gen console, but you can also add them as a friend through your Epic Games account. Here’s how to add Epic friends in Fortnite for Xbox One, PS4, Switch, and PC.
With Epic Friends, you can see all your buddies that are online playing Fortnite and easily ask them to join you in a party for some Squads or Duos. It’s worth noting that Epic Friends is different from your friends list on your respective console, so you can only see your buddies online on other platforms from inside Fortnite’s Epic Games menu.
To easily add Epic Friends, simply head to the lobby in Fortnite and bring up the menu. Click on Epic Friends and confirm that you agree to play with gamers on other platforms. Doing this will allow you to gain access to gain access to your Epic Friend list from the get-go.
To send a friend request, head to the Epic Friends menu and click on the silhouette with a plus icon. Doing this will allow you to manually input the name of your friend that you wish to add.
