Far Cry 5 is the latest entry into Ubisoft’s action open-world Far Cry franchise and brings with a whole new host of deadly wildlife, a new setting, and better graphical fidelity than ever. The game is set in the fictional region of Hope County, Montana which is ruled by an enigmatic cult leader named Joseph Seed.

The game is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, but is it PS4 Pro compatible? We are happy to confirm that yes, the game does feature extra functions when running on PS4 Pro. The game can be made to run in two separate render modes, one which increases the resolution, and another which allows the game to be run at 1080p but with improved graphics. The former upscales the game for 4K displays while the latter improves textures and overall graphics quality. The render modes can be found in the games options menu under the Audio and Video section.

From glistening lakes to wide open mountainous regions, Far Cry 5 is the best looking game in the series to date. It’s good then, that it will have the chance to look even better thanks to the extra horsepower on offer with the PlayStation 4 Pro.

That’s everything you’ll need to know about where to find a plane in Far Cry 5. For more useful tips and guides on the game, be sure to check out our wiki.
