All Lead Deposit Locations in Fallout 76

Recommended Videos

Resource deposits are extremely useful in Fallout 76. By setting up your CAMP near a deposit and then placing an extractor on top, you can farm valuable resources while you go about your questing. Here’s some info on where to find all lead deposit locations in Fallout 76.

Lead Deposits

There are not many junk items that break down into lead in Fallout 76. A lot of these items are also very heavy: like weights, wrenches and makeshift batteries. The fastest and most reliable way to get a steady stream of lead is by harvesting lead deposits found around the map.

Why Do You need Lead?

You need lead so you can shoot stuff! Thanks to the wide variety of both firearms and monsters, you’re going to need a lot of different types of ammo in Fallout 76. Even with the right perks equipped, you probably won’t be able to find enough lead just by scavenging, so finding a way to farm the materials for ammo is crucial. And now, after the recent workshop production nerfs, having a steady stream of lead is more helpful than ever.

Lead Deposit Locations

Here are the number of places around the map where you can find these useful deposits. There are probably more, so let us know in the comments if you find any others.

  • North side of Sunnytop Ski Lanes
  • South of Monongah Mine
  • Grafton Steel Yard
  • Northeast of Fort Defiance (by the railroad tracks)
  • Due west of Dent and Sons Construction
  • Lakeside Cabins
  • West side of Poseidon Energy
  • East side of the Converted Munitions Factory
