Fairy Tail: How to Unlock S-Class Requests

The Fairy Tail RPG has just launched, so players are just starting to complete a few low rank requests as members of the guild. For those who are further along in the game, S-Class Requests are the ultimate challenge. Here’s how to unlock S-Class Requests in Fairy Tail.

How to Unlock S-Class Requests in Fairy Tail

You won’t even see any S-Class Requests until you make it to the final few chapters in the game. Once you complete Chapter 6, you’ll be able to return to Fairy Tail’s previous guild building.

The S-Class Requests are located on the second floor of the final Fairy Tail guild, but you won’t be able to take on those missions quite yet.

You’ll need to finish the Final Chapter (technically Chapter 9), and get to the Epilogue to be able to take the S-Class Promotional Exam.

Whichever characters take the exam will then be allowed to accept those tough S-Class Requests.

At the end of the Epilogue, Makarov will have you go to Tenrou island to defeat a high-level monster in order to get your S-Class certificate. The monster is level 70 on normal difficulty, so be prepared.

Once you’ve defeated the monster, the members of your team that participated in the fight will all be able to take on the S-Class Requests on the second floor of the guild.

Just return to the bridge on Tenrou Island any time that you want to take the S-Class Promotional Exam again with different characters. Makarov will be waiting at the location in the picture above.
