Healing and Restoring Health in The Evil Within 2

Recommended Videos

Enemies in The Evil Within 2 can be pretty savage, and if you’re not careful, they can also scrape away huge chunks of your health. Thankfully, there are a few ways you can heal Sebastian up and restore his health in the game.

First off, there is automatic health regen. Just like in the first game, whenever the health bar is red, your health will automatically restore up to a certain point, indicated by a red marker on the bar itself. To restore that portion of health, just stay still until it fills up. To restore the rest of your health, you can also make use of medical kits and syringes that you find around Union. Once you pick it up, hold the L1 button to bring up the Arsenal weapon wheel and select the healing item to use it. You can also bind these items to the d-pad so you have a shortcut button whenever you need to heal.

Lastly, you can also restore your health fully at a safe house. Every safe house, including Sebastian’s room, has a coffee maker. Simply interact with the machine to drink the coffee, and your health will be fully restored. However, do note that you’ll need to give the coffee maker 20 minutes before you can grab another cup.
