How to Add Friends in Dr Mario World

While it is possible to link Dr Mario World to your social media account and add friends to your game, you can only access the friends list once you complete level 20 in Dr Mario World.

Once you get past that level in the game, the friends button will pop up on the bottom of the main screen, with the option sitting right between Staffing and Characters.

Click on the friends icon and you will be taken to the friends menu. You can link your Facebook or Line account to find other friends who have also linked up and you can also invite friends by sending them a link via text message. You’ll see the Add Friends button on the screen and all you have to do is press on that.

Once you actually make some friends, you’ll be able to send and receive hearts and see their online rankings. Nintendo will also give you friend suggestions if you’ve already added them in other Nintendo games like Super Mario Run and Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp.

And that is everything you need to know about how to add friends in Dr Mario World.
