How to Save – Digimon World: Next Order

Recommended Videos

Digimon World: Next Order is a large game that you’re going to be playing for a very long time. As event unfold and you train up, you’ll need to record your progress so you can return later on. Or, you’ll want to make multiple save files just in case you need to go back and fix mistakes. Either way, you’re going to need a way to record your progress. Digimon World: Next Order unfortunately doesn’t have much of an autosave feature. It will save your game when you make certain option changes, or when you complete a chapter, but outside of that you’re on your own.

In order to manually bookmark your progress, you’ll have to pull out your Digivice by pressing Triangle. If you scroll all the way down, you’ll see the save option just sitting there waiting for you. Press X to enter its menu, then choose either a new file or one to write over to save your game. That’s all there is to it.

You can do this anytime that you’re not in a cutscene, conversation, or battle. As long as the game allows you to use your Digivice, you’re good to go.
