Getting Sleeper Simulant in Destiny 2: Warmind

The Exotic Linear Fusion Rifle Sleeper Simulant is back in Destiny 2 with the Warmind expansion, and it’s one of the first Exotic weapon quests you’ll unlock after completing the story campaign. Like most of the other Exotic quests we’ve seen in the game, this one is pretty long and drawn out, and you’ll go through multiple challenges before you can finally claim your reward. First off, complete the post-game quest you get from Ana once you beat the story. Completing this quest will reward you with the IKELOS_HC_V1.0.1 Legendary Cannon. If you check your Pursuits in your inventory menu, you’ll see that the first step is to score precision kills on Cabal and Hive with this weapon. Do that, and the rest of the steps for the Sleeper Simulant quest in Destiny 2: Warmind will unlock.

After that, you’ll have to defeat powerful enemies with the Hand Cannon equipped in order to progress the Sleeper Simulant quest. You don’t need to get the kills with it; just have it equipped while killing yellow bar elite enemies. Next, you’ll need to complete five Heroic Strikes, clear three Escalation Protocol levels (you can repeat level one three times), and open 15 Sleeper Nodes with the weapon equipped. Lastly, you’ll be given a tough mission with a 360 Power requirement. Once you clear this, you’ll finally be rewarded with the Sleeper Simulant in Destiny 2: Warmind.
