With Dead Rising 4 finally out, players will be eager to hop back into the shoes of Frank West as he embarks on another adventure around Willamette. Of course, while the game is open world and there’s plenty to see and do, many players will be interested in knowing just how long on average the game takes to complete. Well, here’s your answer.

Reviewers and players who have managed to get their hands on the game early seem to suggest that Dead Rising 4 can take anywhere between 15-20 hours. This will obviously depend on your skill level, how much you go exploring the environment, and just how much experimenting you do when it comes to the weapons you use for zombie slayin’.

The entirety of Dead Rising 4’s campaign is split over seven different cases (including the tutorial), which are essentially the game’s chapters. These all vary somewhat in length, too, so don’t start to panic too much when you complete the tutorial case pretty quickly.

Each of these cases has a different name to help you keep track of them and also give you an idea as to what kind of crazy shenanigans or comments are in store for Frank. We’ve included these on the following page to make avoiding spoilers easier. You have been warned.

Dead Rising 4’s seven different cases will take you through a variety of different scenarios with Frank and all allow him to make good use of his questionable people skills and sarcastic commentary.
