How to Get Corrupted Stone in Conan Exiles

Recommended Videos

Conan Exiles is the survival RPG developed by Funcom. It recently released out of Early Access, and contains several different hub worlds to explore.  The game drops players into a harsh and unforgiving world, where they must survive against prehistoric creatures, brutal environments and their own hunger and thirst. Players can customize their character, with a variety of races available. Conan Exiles features PvP servers in which players can choose to either work together or battle each other, similar to what you might find in a game like Rust. There’s a deep crafting system, where you can make everything from custom armor sets to interior decorations. You can also craft dynamic items like map rooms, which allow you to fast travel around the map.

In order to craft a Map Room, and trust me you’re going to want to, you’ll need to gather Corrupted Stone, items imbued with dark corruption. It’s very difficult to find these stones, but you can craft them yourself. Head over to your Firebowl Cauldron, then select the option to craft Corrupted Stone. You’ll need Stone, Ichor and Demon Blood to do so. These are pretty standard items that you can pick up naturally while playing the game, so gathering enough to make the 200 Corrupted Stone required for the Map Room should be pretty simple.

Once you have enough, you can craft the Map Room, which will allow you to fast travel to any obelisk you have visited previously. It’s a massively useful component to the game, one which you should prioritize early on. So there you have it, gather the three items listed above and you’ll be swimming in Corrupted Stone in no time. For more on Conan Exiles, be sure to check out our wiki guide.
