How to Fast Travel in Bravely Default 2

After completing the prologue and arriving at Savalon in Chapter 1, you’ll find an NPC near the entrance of Savalon with a carriage icon above his head.

Talk to him, and he’ll take you back to Halcyonia for free.

As you make your way further and further through the game, you’ll reach more cities and towns. Each of these locations has their own carriage NPC that can shuttle you between the various cities — Halcyonia, Savalon, Wiswald, Enderno, Rimedhal — to cut down on your travel time.

These will often be based around the entrance to a town or city, and will always have the carriage icon above their head, making them easy to identify and track down.

Once you’ve selected where you want to fast travel to, you’ll see a quick loading screen flash up before being dropped right into your destination, free to carry on your adventure.

That’s everything you need to know on how to fast travel in Bravely Default 2. For more tips, tricks and guides, search for Twinfinite, or check out more of our coverage on the game below.
