How to Wait & Pass Time in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey

Recommended Videos

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is the latest entry in the action-adventure series, bringing players on a new adventure in Ancient Greece. There are plenty of new features to look forward to, including more abilities, quests, and even romance options. That said, players also have the option of passing the time instead of having to wait for the day and night cycle to pass. If you don’t know how to do it, here’s how to wait and pass time in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.

That process itself is actually incredibly simple once you know how to do it. When you want to pass time in the game, all you need to do is simply hold down the touchpad on PS4. Once you’ve done that, you’ll notice that the day and night cycle will start changing faster than before.

Just keep your hand on the touchpad until you finally reach that certain point in the day you want to be on. There’s no real advantage to changing the time in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, save for the fact that it will change the guard shifts at forts.

However, if you like making good use of the photo mode, passing time in the game will be a great way to take some amazing photos during certain times of day.

It’s worth noting that you can only pass time when you’re not in combat or danger zones. Instead, you should try to find safe areas first before attempting to change the day or night cycle.

That’s pretty much sums up everything you need to know about how to wait and pass time in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
