The second wave of the Animal Crossing New Horizons summer update is out now, and one of the new features is the addition of a weekly fireworks show. Enjoying the fireworks is only part of the fun. On nights where there are fireworks, Redd the fox sets up a cart and holds a raffle in which you can win special items that can’t be found anywhere else in the game.
Luckily, obtaining raffle tickets to get Redd’s items is very easy. We’ll show you how to get Redd’s raffle tickets and all of the possible rewards.
How to Get Redd’s Raffle Tickets in Animal Crossing New Horizons
Even though you may sometimes find Redd docked on the secret northern beach during weekdays, he will only set up his raffle cart in front of Resident Services on certain nights. Specifically, he will only appear on firework nights, which take place on Sunday nights in August starting at 7:00 p.m.
Buying a raffle ticket from Redd is incredibly simple. Just approach the raffle box, press A to interact with it, and he will offer to sell you a ticket for 500 Bells. The tickets can then be exchanged for one of 12 random prizes, all of which are exclusive to his raffle and can’t be found anywhere else.
All Rewards
There are 12 items in total that can be obtained from Redd’s Raffle, and they are won randomly, meaning you can receive duplicates. The items you can win are as follows:
- Blue Balloon
- Green Balloon
- Pink Balloon
- Red Balloon
- Yellow Balloon
- Bubble Blower
- Fountain Firework
- Pinwheel
- Blue Sparkler
- Red Sparkler
- Tweeter
- Uchiwa Fan
Some of the items are single-use, such as the Fountain Fireworks, Sparklers, and Bubble Blower, and will disappear after being used. Luckily, you can purchase additional raffle tickets to try and win more of them, and the Bubble Blower comes in a stack of five.
That’s everything we know about how to get Redd’s raffle tickets and all of the possible rewards.
If we find any additional information about Redd’s Raffle, we will be sure to update this guide. Otherwise, check out everything else that is new in the second wave of the summer update.
