The most recent entry in the Gears of War franchise, this title is perfect for bringing a group of three friends together for some strategic, hyper-violent action. Set 25 years after the events of the original trilogy, players take the role of the children of the original protagonists, each as ready to rip through locust hordes as their forebears. This is bolstered by the improvements and tweaks made to the gameplay for next gen hardware, ranging from new armaments to a slew of new mechanics to experiment with.
