The Telltale Trio
EASIEST PLAYSTATION TROPHIES AND PLATINUMS OF NOVEMBER 2017
Another month means the release of more Telltale games, and that means more easy trophies to get. November saw the release of the finale of Guardians of the Galaxy, the third episode of Batman: The Enemy Within, and the penultimate episode of Minecraft: Story Mode Season 2. All three games have the same style of trophy list, which asks you to do nothing more than finish the episode. Each episode of each of the games features three bronze trophies, two silver trophies, and one gold trophy, all of which will unlock by the time the credits roll. While you’ll have a short time to wait before you’re able to get the platinum in Batman and Minecraft, completing November’s episode of Guardians of the Galaxy will also see you get that trophy you’ve been working towards for months. I doubt that this will be the final time you see a Telltale game with an easy trophy list.
Planet of the Apes: The Last Frontier
EASIEST PLAYSTATION TROPHIES AND PLATINUMS OF NOVEMBER 2017
Planet of the Apes: The Last Frontier is one of the PlayStation Play Link games that have released over the past couple of months. The game is a narrative-focused title that sees you choose the path of the story by voting on which option you think is best. With the movie star, Andy Serkis, heavily involved, and some hard-hitting choices to make along the way, The Last Frontier is perfect for fans of the recent films.
It may also be perfect for trophy hunters, too. Since the game is only a few hours long, clearing up the 19 bronzes, 12 silvers, four golds, and one platinum shouldn’t take too long. The descriptions, which say things such as ‘peaceful win,’ ‘apes win,’ and ‘humans win’ when talking about finishing the game, suggest that you will need to complete the game a few times to get the platinum. However, since the game isn’t too long, it shouldn’t take long to do so.
Star Wars Battlefront II
EASIEST PLAYSTATION TROPHIES AND PLATINUMS OF NOVEMBER 2017
Ignoring the hullabaloo around Battlefront II’s microtransactions, EA’s game features often fun multiplayer and a brand new, single-player Star Wars story, both of which give you the chance to pick up some trophies. The sequel’s trophies are also significantly easier than 2015’s reboot, much of that being down to the inclusion of the single-player.
The game features 23 bronzes, 15 silvers, two golds, and that all-important platinum. You get one trophy for completing each of the 13 single-player missions, among others for doing particular actions in the campaign. Since completing it takes little more than five hours, you can hoover up half of the trophies in a short period of time. The multiplayer ones aren’t that tough either, and feature objectives such as completing/winning matches in each mode, defeating enemies with certain fighters, and simply defeating 500 enemies. On top of all that, Battlefront II will get you excited for this month’s The Last Jedi.
