Destiny 2’s release marked the real start of the busy release period of 2017. The shared world shooter saw players jetting around the galaxy trying to save the Traveler and the Light from the clutches of Ghaul and his Red Legion. With a good amount of story content and plenty of PvP and end game action to keep players occupied for hundreds of hours on end, Destiny 2 might not sound like the best Xbox One game for easy achievements. If you’re willing to put some time in, though, you’d be pleasantly surprised.

There are 13 achievements comprising Destiny 2’s 1000 Gamerscore. Many of these can be unlocked with relative ease during a single playthrough, as long as you can get some friends together to help you out with the Nightfall Strike, and Leviathan Raid. The main time-consuming element of this achievement list is having to unlock each subclass for each of the three classes. This means you’ll have to play through the game with three separate characters for quite some time in order to polish off the list. Still, even if you choose not to grab these, the achievements’ high values make this a worthwhile title to jump into.

Another month passes us by and Telltale has once again gifted us six more incredibly easy achievements on the Xbox One. September’s easy offerings from the developer come from Minecraft: Story Mode Season 2’s third episode.

As per usual, all you’ll need to do to get all 200 Gamerscore available from the episode’s six achievements is simply finish the episode. You don’t need to make any particular decisions, find any collectibles, or talk to certain characters. Just sit back, relax, and let Jesse and the gang whisk you away on another adventure.

Soccer fans around the world rejoiced at the end of September as EA Sports’ FIFA series received its latest entry. The soccer franchise is, of course, back for another annual entry bringing updated rosters, new game modes, and a number of on-the-pitch gameplay improvements. However, it’s also brought with it a new list of achievements, and they’re actually pretty simple to get, too.

Many of FIFA 18’s achievements can be unlocked naturally if you find yourself playing a lot of games throughout the year over all of the game modes on offer. Ultimate Team gets a fair few for completing minor objectives like winning a game in the new Squad Battles mode, or playing 20 games within the mode, but the likes of Pro Clubs and Career feature on the list, too. Some achievements will likely require you to put in some serious time (and have some skills to boot) such as ‘The Big League.’ This requires you to win promotion to Division 1 of FIFA Ultimate Team’s Seasons, where games get even more challenging the higher you climb the division. Despite these more difficult achievements, dedicated fans will likely walk away with most of the gamerscore on offer come the end of the season.
