10 Mario Golf: Super Rush Shots From Around the Internet You Have to See to Believe

Mario Golf Super Rush has only been out for a few days and players are already making mind-blowing shots that you have to see to believe. Whether it’s a chip-in, a special shot, or just a lucky shot, you can find it all here. And what’s even more impressive is that the first handful of shots were done on day one.

First up is Digibutter64 on the Mario Golf subreddit. Playing as Chargin’ Chuck, she managed to land the ball straight into the hole from around 100 yards away. Usually, in Mario Golf Super Rush, you’ll see a chip-in shot end up landing on the green and rolling into the cup. That is already impressive, but shooting it straight into the hole is just downright ridiculous.

And then we have the earliest recorded hole-in-one shot in Mario Golf Super Rush from sharknamedgeorge on Reddit. They already have a decent round going with a score of three under par, but then they just drop this hole in one to quickly make that five under par. Even a little wind blowing away from the hole was no problem for this shot.

Honestly, this clip is worth watching just to be able to bask in the glory of Waluigi’s ridiculously amazing golf outfit. But Reddit user, Chawakawaka, also made an incredible shot to blast an eagle shot from over 150 yards away. Being accurate from such a far distance is no easy feat.

Don’t worry, this isn’t just going to be a list of shots that makes you feel bad about your lack of amazing shots in Mario Golf Super Rush. Even some of these unfortunate shots, like this one from Reddit user bsmiff, are completely unbelievable. But I’m warning you, this one is not for the faint of heart.

Yeah, you can have skill or you can have a wildly unlucky shot, but there are also plenty of lucky shots that find their way into the hole. DigitalGameHub on Twitter didn’t expect much from this shot. It just looked like any other shot from the fairway but then all of a sudden chip-in appears on the screen followed by the eagle celebration. He couldn’t even believe it went in.

As cool as the shots that drop right into the hole look, there’s just something about what Twitter user TheReach729 did here. Usually, Mario Golf Super Rush pin shots result in the ball flying off in some direction, but the super backspin added to the shot made it stick to the pin like there was a magnet in the ball sticking it to the flag. Then is just dropped in the hole like nothing. The distance on the shot only makes it more impressive.

Now that people have had a few days with the game, the shot curve mechanics are already starting to get mastered as reddit user trvbs shows here. Of course, all you have to do is curve it down diagonally at this point, then straight down here, and finally add in some topspin. Even though it wasn’t truly their their first try, it’s a massively impressive shot.

Again, not all unbelievable shots make it into the hole. And maybe that one circling around the hole was worse because it was just a putt that should have gone in, but Reddit user BigBlueRockEater learned an important lesson here. Don’t just add spin to a shot just because you can. Sometimes you might end up putting yourself in a worse spot than a regular shot would.

Every time a Waluigi player hits a great shot an angel gets its wings or something corny like that. I’m just happy to see Waluigi again thanks to Nexus1_Gaming on Twitter. And best of all this rididculous shot is made to look easy. But when you actually think about it, they’re launching a ball from an sloped surface in a bunker with shift curving the ball that travels over 160 yards to slowly roll straight into the hole.

I may have said that the pin shot chip-ins are cooler than ones that go straight into the hole, but there’s just something amazing about this Mario Golf Super Rush shot from Twitter user, BlueNile101, that tops them all. The effects of the special shot make it a thing of beauty. And then the shot covering the green in ice will surely make putting a nearly impossible task for the opponents.
