Everyone loves decorating their island or village, their house, their character, and now their own body!
If you’re looking for some tattoo inspiration or to simply browse through some awesome Animal Crossing art, then you’ve come to the right place.
Here are fifteen of our favorite Animal Crossing tattoos– way too cute to not share.
Lily
This tattoo was done by Melvin Arizmendi, a California-based tattoo artist specializing in cute and colorful designs like this one of Animal Crossing villager Lily.
What a unique take on Lily! It almost gives off some cross-stitch vibes.
Isabelle
One can never have enough Isabelle, and this tattoo is the perfect tribute to the ever-loyal dog we all know and love. This take on Isabelle was designed by tattoo artist Jon Potter, based in the United Kingdom.
Resetti
How could anyone forget the iconic Resetti? He was always ready to break the fourth wall in-game and scold you for quitting without saving.
What better way to honor this nostalgic character than get an adorable tattoo of him? The artist behind this genius work is Marie Jorgensen.
Reese and Cyrus
Is there any couple in the gaming universe as perfect as this one? We love this unique tattoo almost as much as Reese loves Cyrus, and we had to share it.
The artist goes by Ly and has some other beautiful gaming tattoos to inspire your inner creator.
Villager
Villager inspired tattoos? Yes, please. This adorable tattoo was done by Ontario-based artist, Jessica Channer. Check her profile out for some other precious Animal Crossing tattoos!
Katrina
How about some love for everyone’s favorite fortune-telling panther? Katrina has yet to make an appearance in New Horizons, but long-time fans of the Animal Crossing series will be sure to remember and love her.
This tattoo was done by artist Jordan Baker.
K.K. Slider
The greatest (or perhaps only?) dog musician is back in the form of this adorable tattoo.
K.K. Slider as seen above was designed by Charlotte Ann Harris, an artist with some incredible tattoos.
Tom Nook
We all know him, but we might not all love him. That doesn’t mean we can’t all admit how cute this little capitalist crook is!
Isashah Pereira is the artist behind this little bell-grabbing tanuki’s tattoo design. We’re kidding about him being a capitalist crook, by the way… maybe.
Oct-alien?
Octavian is a fan-favorite in Animal Crossing. So many players hope for him as a villager.
This tattoo of him is just brilliant– it’s silly, it’s bright, and it’s very well-done. Montreal-based artist Mewo llama is behind this cute design and many more like it.
Mermaid House
How many of us went through the grind to complete our mermaid-style exterior for our house in New Leaf? A lot.
This tattoo was done by the talented Little Rach Tattoo, and we just can’t get enough of those bright pastel colors!
Tangy
A cute citrus-y cat villager? Yes, please!
Tangy is one of our favorite peppy characters from the Animal Crossing series. We just can’t get over those squishy cheeks!
The artist behind them is Carys Cuttlefish, one of many incredibly talented Nintendo fans.
Flurry
I never thought I could love a crossover as much as I love this one between Flurry, the adorable Animal Crossing villager, and My Chemical Romance, the punk band from our emo days.
This unique design was done by tattoo artist Isabelly.
Pietro
Forget your fear of clowns and look at precious Pietro, a colorful blessing to any player’s town or island. Tattoo artist Kassidy Autumn brought this bright villager to life, and we love it.
Daisy Mae
Maybe it’s the snot hanging from her nose, or her little ears peeking through, but there is something about Daisy Mae that we cannot get enough of.
Cody Dresser is the tattoo artist behind this design.
Stitches
Another beloved villager from the Animal Crossing series, Stitches, takes a spot on this list. This tattoo is so colorfully cute, we’re immediately transported to simpler times of crayons and the Nintendo DS upon seeing it.
Stitches as you see him here was designed at Pastel ghoul tattoo, a Quebec-based shop.
Now that you’ve seen a few of our favorite tattoo designs, you’re probably itching to get out there and proudly sport your own! Make sure to check out each artist’s social media and give them some well-deserved praise.
