Best FJX Imperium Attachments

For Warzone the FJX Imperium is one of the few sniper rifles that can compete with the KATT-AMR’s domination and happens to be among the select snipers that can one-shot-down opponents. Its mobility and recoil control is nothing special but it occupies the top echelons of its class of weaponry thanks to its incredible damage. The FJX imperium is Activision’s revamped version of the goldie-oldie Intervention, the sniper that sits in the hearts of many Call of Duty fans.

The best attachments are as follows:

  • Muzzle: Sonic Suppressor L
  • Barrel: Fahrenheit 29″
  • Laser: VLK LZR 7MW
  • Ammunition: .408 Explosive
  • Bolt: FJX H-Bolt

As per usual we want to maximize the damage and range of our FJX Imperium to keep its power level equal to the KATT-AMR. First, we have the Sonic Suppressor L muzzle and the Fahrenheit 29″ Barrel duo that drastically increases our damage and range. But to achieve the one-shot down we have to use the .408 Explosive. With those three damage increases the FJX Imperium will lay down any opponent that crosses your scope.

However, since we have a mobility issue as expected of a sniper rifle, we choose to utilize the fast-aiming VLK LZR 7MW Laser to allow us to waste less time aiming down sights. And finally, for some much-needed accuracy, we have the FJX H-Bolt so our shots always hit true.

Best FJX Imperium Perks

For the FJX Imperium, we want to ensure we have some mobility options to guarantee we can rotate through the maps and find specific choke points to hold.

The best perks are as follows:

  • Perk 1: Double Time
  • Perk 2: Sleight of Hand
  • Perk 3: Tempered
  • Perk 4: High Alert

Double time increases our Tactical Sprint recharge and duration to ensure we can cross open sightlines with speed. Sleight of Hand is a timeless perk that allows us to reload quicker and make sure we aren’t out of the fight for long. In the Perk 3 slot we have Tempered to reduce the number of plates needed to reach full health by 1 and the time to fully plate by 33%.

Finally, we have High Alert as the perfect option to gain information, react to enemy operators faster, and protect your skull from pesky sniper scopes.

Best FJX Imperium Attachments

Pivoting to MW3 we have to make some drastic changes as sniper rifles in multiplayer aren’t the greatest right now. SMGs and fast-paced ARs dominate every lobby, especially with the movement mechanics that keep enemy combatants extremely mobile. That being said, the FJX Imperium is still a one-shot rifle straight out of the box, so with some choice attachments we can pump some mobility into this static sniper.

The best attachments are as follows:

  • Barrel: TAC-Command 19″
  • Laser: 1MW Quick Fire Laser
  • Optic: Forge Tac Delta 4
  • Magazine: 7 Round Magazine
  • Bolt: FJX Blast

To start us off we have the TAC-Command 19″ Barrel offering us a nice amount of ADS speeds while reducing gun kick and recoil. The Forge Tac Delta 4 is our choice of optic since the FJX Imperium’s standard sight is far too long-range for the close-quarters maps in multiplayer. For extra mobility, we have the 1MW Quick Fire Laser for better ADS speeds with entirely no downsides. Since multiplayer can be so chaotic we use the 7 Round Magazine to ensure we have enough bullets per magazine to take down any opponents in our sights. Finally, the FJX Blast Bolt is perfect for taking consecutive quick shots after quick shots.

Best FJX Imperium Perks

Modern Warfare 3’s perks system is intended to tie off your loadout with unique bonuses that can help your game plan come to fruition. The FJX Imperium needs some help due to its immobility thus we slip on these specific pieces of body gear.

The best perks are as follows:

  • Vest: Infantry Vest
  • Gloves: Marksman Gloves
  • Boots: Stalker Boots
  • Gear: Tac Mask

The Infantry Vest is the single best in Modern Warfare 3 at the moment. It gives you the ability to Tac Sprint for a longer duration and recharge quicker. While we want to be using this to run rampant across the map, instead we will use the mobility to rotate to better positions. The Marksman Gloves reduce sway and flinching while you’re aiming down sights, a must-have for any long-range sniper. Stalker Boots allow us to dodge some critical shots from enemy players with faster ADS strafing. Finally, the Tac Mask reduces flashbangs to give you a better shot at hitting enemies trying to overwhelm you with tactical equipment. With this combo, you’ll rampage across the map, taking down enemies one shot at a time.
