How to Play Domination in CoD Modern Warfare 2 Beta

How to Play Domination in Modern Warfare 2 Beta

Figuring out how to play only Domination in the Modern Warfare 2 beta is somewhat annoying.

Considering there are only a handful of game types available in the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 beta, it stands to reason players want to keep track of how to play their favorites. Annoyingly, the beta does also combine two game types together and makes players do a little background work to separate them. Here’s how to play Domination in the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Beta.

As said, the beta pairs Domination and Team Deathmatch together within the Quick Play game type. This means that every time you start Quick Play, you have an equal chance of getting into either a Domination lobby or one for Team Deathmatch.

If you’re looking to only get into Domination games, you’ll have to deal with filtering the Quick Play game type. Simply put, just press square with the Quick Play game type selected and unselect Team Deathmatch in the Quick Play Filter screen.

Back out after selecting and you will now only get Domination games. To fix it, go back in and reselect Team Deathmatch. Weirdly enough, these are the only game types where this is the case, as both Prisoner Rescue and Knock Out can be selected independently.
