There are lots of doors throughout the level that require codes, but all of them share just two codes. The facility door, the apartment door, and the laundromat door all use the same keypad code. You’ll be able to find out what that code is by listening to a woman talk about it near the facility door.
The arcade and the lab keypad code can be found on the whiteboard where you meet Hush, the other target of the mission. You can see where that is located in case you forgot below.
