Pokemon Sword & Shield have brought a bunch of new Pokemon to the table as part of the Galar region’s Pokedex. Sizzlipede and Centiskorch are two ‘mon that made the cut. If you’re wondering how to evolve Sizzlipede in Pokemon Sword and Shield into Centiskorch, then here’s what you need to know.

Obviously, before you can evolve a Sizzlipede, you’ll need to catch one and add it to your Pokedex. Unfortunately, Sizzlipede is actually incredibly rare, and as such, can make getting yourself a Centiskorch rather tricky.

Sizzlipede’s spawn location in Pokemon Sword and Shield can be found on Route 3, but even then, its spawn rate is incredibly low. As such, you’ll have to keep grinding out this route in the game in the hope that one eventually pops up and you can catch it.

Evolving Sizzlipede Into Centiskorch in Pokemon Sword & Shield

Evolving Sizzlipede is actually incredibly easy in Pokemon Sword and Shield. All you need to do is level it up to Lv. 28 and once you’ve finished the battle, the evolution process will begin. Once it’s complete, you’ll have your very own Centiskorch, which retains the same Fire/ Bug dual-typing as Sizzlipede.
