How to Get Upgrade Modules in Destiny 2

As of the Destiny 2: Shadowkeep expansion, upgrade modules are now the only material needed to infuse two items of any rarity. The infusion will buff the stats of the gear you infused, making these new items a hot commodity and a bit of a challenge to collect.:

There are a handful of ways you can get upgrade modules in Destiny 2:

  1. The Gunsmith Weekly Bounty Board

Completing the bounty board tasks will net you one. At the bounty board, they are limited to one per week.

  2. Buying Them

The Gunsmith will also sell upgrade modules for a rotating set of currencies and valuables.

  3. Season of the Undying rewards

They can also be collected through Destiny 2’s Season of Undying Season Pass rank rewards.

The going rate for an upgrade module at the Gunsmith is as follows 1 enhancement core, 10 legendary shards, 25 materials, and 5,000 glimmer.

However, there is a cap on the number you can have in your inventory at once. This is being done by Bungie In order to limit hoarding and keeping new players from losing all of their valuable resources, the maximum number you can have at once is 25.

Masterworking your armor in Destiny 2 is going to be far more complicated and expensive as of Shadowkeep, but with armor 2.0 at least it will be worth it as you will have much more of an easy time creating powerful synergistic character builds

That’s everything you need to know about how to get upgrade modules in Destiny 2 Shadowkeep.
