Catherine Full Body: How to Get Drunk & What It Does

This article is over 5 years old and may contain outdated information

The original Catherine was a compelling story about relationships and cheating, and Catherine Full Body seeks to put a twist on that conflict by introducing a new character. However, much about the game remains the same, including the puzzle and drinking mechanics. Here’s how to get drunk and what it does in Catherine Full Body.

How to Get Drunk in Catherine Full Body

Just like in the original game, the only way to get drunk in Catherine Full Body is by drinking at the Stray Sheep bar.

After each night in the nightmare world, you’ll enter the social sim aspects of the game where you get to hang out at the bar and talk to its patrons. While sitting at your table, press the square button (or X if you’re on Xbox One) to take a swig of your drink.

For every three sips, you’ll fill up one of the bottle icons at the bottom left of your screen. After three sips, your glass will be emptied, and Erica or Rin will come over to take your order. From here, you can press any of the face buttons to order a drink, and you can choose from the following: wine, sake, beer, cocktail.

What Drinking Does

As mentioned previously, every three sips will fill up a bottle icon on your screen. Once you fill up three bottles, Vincent will be at the maximum level of drunkenness.

The more inebriated Vincent is, the faster he’ll move and pull out blocks in the nightmare world. Because of this, it’s definitely recommended that you take a few drinks each night before the next set of puzzle stages. This should make your climbs in the nightmare world a little easier.

That’s all you need to know about how to get drunk and what it does in Catherine Full Body. Be sure to search for Twinfinite for more tips and information on the game.
