Thankfully, both parts of the Carniball Rudiger SBC are very easy. You can opt for pretty much any league in FIFA 19 with high rated players for both squads. You could even get away with using Liga Nos.

What I would recommend for this one, however, is that you avoid using Bundesliga or German players, aside from the one you need to use, because the release of the POTM Brandt card has seen them spike in price.
