When Season 7 Starts in Fortnite

Recommended Videos

Fortnite is about to wrap up its 6th season shortly, but you can expect another exciting season of the Battle Pass to continue all the awesome challenges, skins, and various themed events that have kept the game fresh over the past 12 months. Here’s when season 7 starts.

According to the in-game countdown in the Season 6 battle pass, Fortnite Season 7 is set to begin on Dec. 6. In the past, that timer has been changed or corrected by Epic to better reflect the end. So it isn’t set in stone that season six will end on Dec. 5 and season 7 will start on Dec 6 but right now it seems to be that way.

Season six was based heavily around Halloween and even included a zombie event, so our best guess is that season 7 will follow suit with being holiday themed. Players in the community have even begun to notice what looks like a snowstorm headed towards the island.

Could season 7 finally bring the awaited snow area to Fortnite? We got a small glimpse of snow when the Viking area was introduced in season five, but since then we haven’t seen anymore.

In the meantime, you should finish up whatever tiers left you to have in the current battle pass and collect the rest of those skins before they are gone forever. Remember that if you unlock the tier 100 werewolf skin you can still earn experience towards its upgrades even after season six is long and gone.

That should be all you need to know about when season 7 starts in Fortnite. What theories do you have for season 7 of Fortnite? Let us know in the comments below.
