How to Play with Friends in Totally Accurate Battlegrounds

Recommended Videos

The battle royale genre is great fun when you’re running solo. There’s nothing more satisfying than knowing you’ve outlived 99 other players all on your own. Of course, the Duo and Squads game modes are staples of the genre, and Totally Accurate Battlegrounds, of course, continues this trend. It’s no fun playing with complete strangers, though, so you’re probably wondering how to play with friends.

First off, you’ll need to make sure that you have the people you want to play with added to your Friends list on Steam. Once you’ve done this, simply load up the game and select the Invite option from the main menu. Any player who is currently playing Totally Accurate Battlegrounds on your friends list should then appear on this screen, so simply click on them, drop them an invite, and have them accept it. You should now have them in your lobby ready to join the fight, so ensure you both/all hit ready.

Please note that with the game having only just released, and with a large influx of players hitting the title today, Totally Accurate Battlegrounds’ matchmaking is a little shaky at the moment. If you have any issues, simply repeat the process and failing that, give it a while and try again later.

That’s pretty much all you need to know to play with friends in Totally Accurate Battlegrounds. For more on the game, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
