Shadow of the Colossus PS4: How to Save

How to Save in Shadow of the Colossus PS4 Remake

Recommended Videos

Shadow of the Colossus has finally come to the PlayStation 4, bringing Fumito Ueda’s classic remade with a brand new graphics engine. The remake stays true to the original titles’ gameplay, style, and story, despite Sony and Bluepoint Games building it from the ground up. Naturally, as you’re jumping into Shadow of the Colossus and hunting down those different colossi, you’ll want to know how to save your game.

Luckily, Shadow of the Colossus uses a pretty liberal auto save feature that records your progress frequently, after each colossi battle or when you discover a new shrine and pray at it. Alternatively, you can do a manual save by hitting the options button and then selecting the manual option. This can be a handy feature to use if you find something coming up while you’re traveling to one of the colossi or just need to take a break. Of course, it’s always a good idea to pop a manual save before you turn off the game, even with the auto feature. Just in case.

That’s all you need to know about how to save in Shadow of the Colossus. For more on the game, make sure to search Twinfinite.
