Meet the Voice Actors of Dragon Ball FighterZ’s English Cast

Meet the people behind the voices.

Dameon Clarke –  Cell – Dameon Clarke has played Cell in a few Dragon Ball games, but he’s also played well-known characters in other titles. He’s probably best known for playing Handsome Jack in the Borderlands series. He’s also lent his talent to the Street Fighter and Marvel vs Capcom games. Dragon Ball FighterZ.

Colleen Clinkenbeard – Young Gohan – Colleen Clinkenbeard is mostly known for lending her voice to anime shows and films, but has played Gohan in various Dragon Ball properties. She has also played characters in the Borderlands franchise, as well as Battleborn and Smite.

Jason Douglas – Beerus  – Jason Douglas has done live-action work in huge TV shows such as The Walking Dead and Breaking Bad, but he’s also worked on Dragon Ball titles on a few occasions. He has lent his voice to Dragon Ball games, Duke Nukem Forever, and Borderlands 2.

Kara Edwards – Goten/Gotenks – Kara Edwards is known, more than anything else, for her performances in Dragon Ball properties in all formats. However, she has also lent her talent to some other games. She worked on Battleborn and The Gunstringer. She plays Gotenks in Dragon Ball Fighter Z.

R. Bruce Elliott – Captain Ginyu – R. Bruce Elliott has voiced a menagerie of characters in the English versions of many popular anime shows. He has featured in Attack on Titan, Fairy Tale, and, of course, Dragon Ball. When it comes to other video games, he’s also played characters in The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct, Orcs Must Die 2!, and other Dragon Ball games.

Kyle Hebert – Gohan – Kyle Hebert has appeared in hundreds of films, TV shows, and video games over the years. Appearing in Dragon Ball, the wonderful Your Name, and One Punch Man, you may recognize his voice from the small screen. However, he’s also featured in Star Trek: Bridge Crew, Tales of Berseria, and Street Fighter (Ryu).

Chuck Huber – Android 17 – While you’ll probably know Chuck Huber from other Dragon Ball properties, you may also recognize his voice from Killing Floor 2, BloodRayne 2, and Smite. He plays Android 17 once again in Dragon Ball FighterZ.

Jeremy Inman – Android 16 – Aside from Dragon Ball, Jeremy Inman has played characters in many well-known and popular anime series. These include One Piece, Yuri on Ice, Fairy Tale, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Shin Godzilla. Like he’s done in the past, he also plays Android 16 in Dragon Ball FighterZ.

Josh Martin – Majin Buu – Josh Martin’s voice has featured in a huge number of Dragon Ball properties over the years, usually playing Majin Buu or Kid Buu. You may also know his from One Piece, Bloodrayne (video game), or Fullmetal Alchemist.

Meredith McCoy – Android 18 – Like many of the voice actors in Dragon Ball FighterZ, Meredith McCoy is known mostly for her work on Dragon Ball games and TV shows and has lent her voice to little else. She featured in Fullmetal Alchemist and BloodRayne, but plays Android 18 more than any other character.

Matthew Mercer – Hit – Matthew Mercer is one of the best-known names on the list of Dragon Ball FighterZ, but he hasn’t played his character as much as some other other voice actors. You’ll probably know him for playing McCree in Overwatch, Luke Skywalker in Star Wars Battlefront II, the male version of the player’s character in Destiny 2, or Jack Cooper in Titanfall 2.

Daman Mills – Frieza – Daman Mills isn’t credited on many shows or films, but he’s lent his talent to many famous ones including PokĂ©mon, Mobile Suit Gundam Seed, RWBY, and Attack on Titan. He plays Frieza in Dragon Ball FighterZ.

Phil Parsons – Nappa – Phil Parsons has lent his talents to many Dragon Ball shows and games, but has also featured in other games and anime. He played characters in Battleborn, Attack on Titan, Halo Wars, and One Piece. He plays Nappa in Dragon Ball FighterZ.

Monica Rial – Bulma – Although Monica Rial is known best for her roles in Dragon Ball, you may know her from other video games. She featured in Ms. Splosion Man, Orcs Must Die, Tales of Berseria, and Smite. She plays Bulma in Dragon Ball FighterZ.

Christopher Sabat – Vegeta / Piccolo / Yamcha – While Christopher Sabat has voiced several characters in many anime shows, including Dragon Ball, One Piece, and Attack on Titan, he has featured in some high-profile video games before. He’s credited on Call of Duty: WWII, Paladins, and inFamous: Second Son. He plays Vegeta, Piccolo, and Yamcha in Dragon Ball FighterZ.

Sean Schemmel – Goku – Sean Schemmel may be known mostly for his role in the Dragon Ball franchise but he has also played some popular side characters in AAA games. He played Overseer in Dishonored 2, Strong in Fallout 4, and Lucario in Smash Bros.

Sonny Strait – Krillin – Like many other members of the Dragon Ball FighterZ cast, Sonny Strait’s voice acting career has seen him mainly play characters in Dragon Ball and other high profile anime shows. He has lent his voice to smaller role in games such as Halo Wars and Smite, however.

Alexis Tipton – Trunks – Alexis Tipton has voiced quite a few video games, on top of her anime work. She features in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia, Nier: Automata, Tales of Zestiria, and Fire Emblem Heroes. She plays Gotenks/Trunks in Dragon Ball FighterZ.

Jeannie Tirado – Android 21 – Jeannie Tirado is credited on Attack on Titan, Knights & Magic, and one video game: Smite, but she is known mostly for her work on Dragon Ball in TV and film form, playing Pan in Dragon Ball Super. She plays Android 21 in Dragon Ball FighterZ.

Eric Vale – Trunks – Again, Eric Vale is known mostly for his work on the Dragon Ball franchise, playing Future Trunks in many releases. He has lent his voice to other games, however, including Stuntman: Ignition, Tales of Xillia 2, and Smite.
