How to Cure Fatigue & What It Does in Fire Emblem Echoes
One of the biggest differences between Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia and the rest of the series, is the inclusion of fully-explorable dungeons. These dungeons are crawling with enemies, and running into one launches a traditional Fire Emblem-style battle. The catch, however, is that if you fight too many battles Fatigue will wreak havoc on your party’s stats.
Fatigue is a nasty stat effect in Fire Emblem Echoes that cuts your character’s HP in half, putting you at a serious disadvantage in battle. Because of this, it’s important that you try and take care of Fatigue right away, and luckily there are a couple different ways to do so.
The first, and easiest way, is to use food to restore your units back to operating power. Each food item has a Fatigue ranking, showing how well it restores your units, with lesser items only having a minimal effect. Of course, keep in mind that you do have limited food items.
The second way of curing it is by finding a Mila Idol at a shrine. Here, you can make an offering by sacrificing an item, which will completely cure all of your unit’s Fatigue. Make sure to use both of these options to get your units back on their feet as quickly as possible.
