How to Change Your Character – Super Mario Run
Mario may be the star of Super Mario Run, but he has a few friends along for the ride that you can unlock and play as. The game has Toad, Princess Peach, Yoshi, Luigi, and Toadette all playable if you meet the right conditions. (You can read up on how to unlock them all here.) If you do happen to get some of these friends, here’s how to change your character from Mario.
Once you have your chosen character unlocked, switching to them is a simple task. Click on a level in either World Tour or Toad Rally, and you’ll see a screen with a preview of the level and a start button at the bottom. To the right of that button is an icon with Mario and some arrows. Click on it, and you’ll pull up a screen that will let you switch to any of the other characters you’ve unlocked. Now you’re ready to play as your favorite.
