One of the most enjoyable parts of any Dead Rising game is heading into a swarm of zombies and using one of your crazy weapons you crafted to eliminate everything in a completely over-the-top manner. Fortunately for us, Dead Rising 4 doesn’t change a thing, and the eccentric chaos is here in abundance.

To craft weapons in Dead Rising 4, you’ll first need to make sure you’ve got some weapon blueprints. These can be found dotted all over Willamette, so be sure to explore and check every nook and cranny for anything you see flashing.

Once you’ve obtained a blueprint, you’ll need to find the required basic weapons to combine them together. These are often found nearby the blueprint, so have a quick check around your surrounding before extending your search further.

When you’ve got the basic weapons in your inventory. All you need to do then is simply bring up your weapon inventory by pressing up on the d-pad, and then selecting one of the basic weapons. You should now see an option appear underneath the durability of the weapon called Combo. Select this and confirm that you want to combine the basic weapon with another to craft the masterpiece detailed in the blueprint. Once the progress bar has quickly filled up, you’ll now have a shiny new toy to go and wreak havoc with. Enjoy!
