Jonathan Blow’s new game The Witness has been released and it is something truly special. The Witness features some fiendishly tricky puzzles and an open-world that you’re free to explore right from the start.
The game isn’t all brains, it also very, very pretty. When you’re brain begins to hurt too much from all the puzzle solving, you can always take a break and go for a nice calming walk across the island. It’s easy to get distracted from your next puzzle as you find yourself staring at the beautiful landscape that surrounds you.

The Witness is available now on the PlayStation 4 and PC. An iOS version is due to be released later this year.
