Five Nights at Freddy’s 4 has already danced around with release date information since it’s been announced. Initially it was planned to be released on Halloween of this year but was then removed to an August 8th date where it finally found a home fans could rely on, until today that is. Earlier today Five Nights at Freddy creator, Scott Cawthon, released the game onto Steam since he managed to finish the game a bit earlier than expected.

Five Nights at Freddy’s 4 can be purchased right now for $7.99 for those looking to scare the wits out of themselves a bit earlier than planned. Expect a change of pace since you will no longer find yourself within Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. This time you’re just a frightened kid in his home tasked with surviving five nights with nothing more than a flashlight.
