Stock up on health and mana potions, folks! An exciting new expansion to the famous fantasy, MMORPG game Guild Wars 2 has been teased during the PC Gaming Show. The expansion set is being called Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns.

During the course of the interview, a number of new gameplay features was announced. First, Guild War 2: Heart of Thorns is being graced with a massive social feature with the introduction and implementation of Guild Halls. Players within the same guild can now use Guild Halls to construct various types of guild structures to interact in – such as an arena to brawl it out within. Guild Halls will consist entirely as its own map.

Another feature announced is that players can now form Guild Teams to compete in Guild Missions, Guild Puzzles, and Guild Treks. As mentioned before, players can fight other guilds in their arenas – which can be customized. (I, for one, would love it if I could re-create Thunderdome!)
