Dota 2's Frost Avalanche Bundle Features An Adorable Puppy

If there’s one thing people like more than MOBA skins, it’s adorable puppies. Dota 2’s newest skin for Crystal Maiden features an tiny little puppy companion called Aurora that follows you around the battlefield and just wants to be your friend. The skin and puppy are being packaged together in the Frost Avalanche bundle which is currently available on the Dota 2 store.

According to Dota 2’s official website, the skin features include:

• Custom spell effect for Freezing Field
• Aurora, wolf pup of Icewrack
• Animated wolf pup chat
  emoticon
• All new animations
• Custom base skin with special ambient effects
• Custom death effects
• Custom loadout pose, effects, and pedestal
• Custom hero and ability icons

Also includes ability point bonuses:

• 2400 Ability Points for the Year Beast Brawl event
• Allows you and your team to earn Ability Points for each victory in a regular match during the Year Beast Brawl event

That’s a lot of features. Your next question is likely “How much do I have to pay for all of that?” The answer: $28.

$28 seems like a lot to drop on a skin, but when you compare it to other really game-changing skins in other MOBAs, the price is par for the course. You also can’t put a price on the love of a puppy companion, so there’s that.
