How to Save in Harvestella

Here's how to save your game in Square Enix's new simulator.

Square Enix’s Harvestella is here. Promising to be a blend of RPG and life simulator gameplay, this looks to be a unique take on a tried-and-true formula. As players start getting comfortable with the game, some may wonder how they can manually save their progress. Here’s how to save your game in Harvestella.

How to Save in Harvestella

Harvestella allows you to manually save in two different ways. The first way to do so is introduced very early in the game, and that is by going to sleep. Much like with most simulators, just head to your bed at any time during the day and go to sleep. Your game will be saved, you’ll be paid for anything you’ve sold and you’ll be able to level up if you have enough XP.

The other way to save will come as you progress through the main story. Once you reach the Higan Canyon and meet Dianthus, she will bring you to a structure known as the Motus Monolite. This is essentially the game’s manual save point: you will find these throughout the quest, and you can also use them to teleport between other Motus Monolites.

That’s all you need to know about how to save in Harvestella. For more news on Square Enix’s simulator/RPG hybrid, take a look at Twinfinite’s guide on whether you can play the game on the Steam Deck.
