In order to complete this quest, players must talk to Panther, Mancake, and The Underwriter, which spawn at different locations across the Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 island. Here are the locations for each of them:
Mancake Location
Mancake is one of the many NPCs in Fortnite that spawns south of Rocky Reels in the building near the gas station. He’ll be roaming around the first floor inside the bar. Players can buy Shield Keg, Reveal Future Storm Circle, and The Dub for 250 and 600 Gold, respectively.
As per the Fortnite storyline, he is a Pancake creature from Reality hired by Agent Jones. When you first meet him, he’ll greet you with “Howdy, Flapjack. Name’s Mancake. You respect me, and I’ll respect you” dialogue.
Panther Location
Panther is an NPC in Chapter 3 Season 4, that spawns in an unmarked building POI northwest of Shimmering Shrine. Players can buy a Suppressed Submachine Gun ‘Epic’ for 250 Gold and Reveal Future Storm Circle for 175 Gold.
Panther was first released in Chapter 3: Season 2, and its rare outfit could be obtained via the item shop for 1,200 V-Bucks.
The Underwriter Location
Finally, the Underwriter can be found on the top floor of the office building at Tilted Towers. He sells Shield Potion and healing for 120 Gold. Make sure to interact with him; otherwise, the challenge will not be marked as completed.
