Terraria Player Has the Most Romantic Wedding With Plantera

For the longest time, Terraria players have been dying to have a dating mechanic added to the game, even crafting their own perfect ideas for how it should be implemented. Despite the outcry for it, there still hasn’t been any romance added to the game as of 2021.

This is Terraria, though! Where you’re rewarded for your customization and creativity skills. As such, it makes complete sense that someone would go out of their way to roleplay an actual marriage in the game. Yet, who would of thought it would be to Plantera?

As you can see in the post above to the Terraria subreddit, user Gromek999 recently created a beautiful ceremony in which they got hitched to the beautiful flower boss that is Plantera. This mock wedding has it all: a priest, romance, gorgeous lanterns, a joyous crowd, and, of course, flowers. The groom even uses a step ladder to plant a kiss on their new bride.

All in all, this might just be one of the best Terraria memes we’ve witnessed, as it shows off just how creative players can get with what they’ve got at their fingertips. Be sure to let us know what you thought of this lovely wedding – and how much you cried – in the comment section below.
